Well, the furniture has arrived, and the crib has been assembled. Thanks Dad and D, and great job! :) I still have ALOT of decorating to do but at least we have made some progress so far. The decorating will take place in mid June and i'll be sure to post more pictures of the final product.
Today, I am 25 weeks, and time is flying by. Derek and I are getting so excited to meet our little boy. He is going to be a welcomed addition to our family, and I know he will bring us so much JOY! :)
My next appointment is Monday, May 2nd. Mimi Brewster will be joining me for this appointment since Derek will just be returning from Vegas...must be NICE!! Anyhow, I think Mimi is VERY excited to be there and witness the next (and possibly last) ultrasound...she is already asking for an ultrasound picture as a keepsake. :) I will also have my glucose test (wish me luck!) and meet with the doctor.
On May 9th, we will be off to Marco Island, FL for our "Babymoon", and last vacation as "just us" before the arrival of Baby CC. We are both very excited for this trip AND some warm weather. :) :)

I had my 22nd Week appointment yesterday, and the doctor said my belly is measuring GREAT! I got to hear the baby's heartbeat again and I really LOVE hearing this sound. He has such a strong heartbeat, and we are getting that much closer to meeting our handsome li'l boy. :) :)
My next appointment is May 2 and I will be getting another ultrasound to check on my placenta and to have my glucose test. After this appointment, I will have to go to the doctors more regularly since we are getting close...every two weeks!! Here is another pic of my baby bump. I feel like I finally "popped" last week...YAY! So exciting!!
Our next project is "Project Nursery"! The baby's crib is here and will be assembled later this month (Good luck Derek and Dad B). The dresser came in last week, and it looks great! We also have a couple of pictures for the wall, a beautiful rocking chair, and many other gifts for Baby CC.
